- September 26, 2026Enterprise By Elliot Innovations LLC is reinstated with the state, and D.R.E Plus Logistics & Transportation is registered as a trade name.
- October 2026The family’s businesses are organized into brand groups: Byrd AutoXross Group, Seven25, Singleton Family Hospitality & Catering, Misguided Souls and The A.N.D.R.E Marketplex. Each one runs under Enterprise By Elliot Innovations LLC while it grows.

Enterprise By Elliot Innovations LLC is where every new brand begins. It gives each idea a legal home, shared support and a clear finish line before it stands on its own.

New businesses in the family start as trade names of Enterprise By Elliot Innovations LLC, not as separate companies. That keeps costs low while an idea proves itself.
Start lean, prove demand
Brands start with small budgets and test demand before spending big. The goal is to build businesses that can run without the founder doing every daily task.
$100,000, then its own company
When a brand reaches $100,000 in cumulative profit, it can become its own LLC, with Dre’s approval.
